Position Summary:

A professional who applies the nursing process to assess, implement, coordinate, and evaluate patient care. Works collaboratively with Clinical Associates and other healthcare professionals to address individual needs using appropriate resources, ensuring quality, safe, and cost-effective care. Builds strong working relationships with physicians, nursing staff, and other disciplines involved in patient and family care.

Required Education and Experience:

• Current State of Registered Nurse Licensure or compact Licensure
• Emergency Room Acute Care RN Experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• At least two years of independent clinical experience preferred
• BSN/ASN prepared
• Any specialty certifications
