RNs prioritize patient needs, manage time and resources effectively, and deliver care within a standards‑based framework. Provide direct nursing care to postpartum patients and newborns throughout the shift. Perform newborn assessments, maternal postpartum assessments, and monitor for complications. Support breastfeeding and newborn care education for parents and families. Administer medications, perform routine procedures, and document accurately. Collaborate with the care team to ensure safe, coordinated patient care. Sign on and relocation bonuses available for qualified candidates .
