The work Assess clients, confirm orders, administer IVs and IM injections, monitor, and chart. Keep your kit ready and accountable; escalated to the physician when needed. Put clinical judgment first in every visit. What you bring Active, unencumbered California RN license and at least one year in ER, ICU, PACU, oncology, infusion, or urgent care. Current BLS; ACLS preferred. Strong independent IV skills and clear communication. Reliable vehicle, smartphone, and ability to carry a 20 lb kit. W-9 required before your first assignment.
