The ideal applicant has a knack for identifying sales opportunities, generating qualified leads, and funneling them to our buyers and listing agents. Responsibilities Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs Turn prospective clients into qualified real estate leads by continuously following up via phone calls and email and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met Maintain and grow existing business opportunities within the geographical area to expand our sales region Qualifications High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills +1 year of real estate sales experience Compensation $30,000 base with a plan earnings of $60,000 About Acree Brothers Realty Team The Acree Brothers Realty Team is the Top 1% Real Estate team in Virginia and was awarded Triple Platinum and Top-Producing Team 2022.
