Field Service Technician- Dallas, TX

Job Details Job Location: Benedettini Cabinetry - Rosenberg, TX 77471 Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 Principal Responsibilities Install parts to correct issues found after installation inspection. Touch up finish where defects and or damage occurred during installation. Adjust all doors and drawers in the house to be level/flush to open and close properly. Responsible to ensure our cabinets are 100% acceptable to our customers prior to closing. Installation of cabinetry to complete existing orders. Provide customer and warranty services in occupied homes. Follow all safety policies and procedures. Perform other job‑related duties as assigned. Qualifications Experience, Education, Certification: Valid Class C Drivers License. Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen. Must meet Benedettini Cabinetry's Driver MVR Qualification Standards. Knowledge of carpentry, stain and paint. At least 5 years of cabinetry service and or installation. Must own all appropriate tools for cabinet installation and punch out (Chop saw, Table saw, Hand tools etc.). Other Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Strong knowledge of basic tools. Clear written and verbal communication. Preferred English speaking or strong bilingual. Good time management skills. Excellent attention to detail. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 Ibs. Must be able to safely climb ladders and work at heights. Must be able to bend, stoop, and work at floor level for extended periods. Customer Service – Acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers. Dependability – Follows through and does what he/she says he/she will do. Show up for work on time and adheres to the established work schedule. Environmental/Atmospheric Working Conditions Field environment including, but not limited to, machines, tools, chemicals, solvents, dust, and fumes. Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.
