Salary Range: $65,000–$75,000 per year (Salaried)

About the Role

The Project Coordinator keeps DASi's construction and DAS installation projects running smoothly, partnering closely with the Project Manager across the full project lifecycle — from kickoff to closeout — to keep documentation airtight, billing on schedule, and every stakeholder informed.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up new projects per company procedure and serve as the point of contact for all project documentation, including contracts, contacts, due dates, COIs, and drawings.

• Manage billing three times a month (5th, 15th, 25th), keep the billing tracker current, and own change-order and maintenance-contract administration end to end.

• Support the Project Manager in tracking project expenses, budgets, and municipal licensing/compliance across the cities DASi operates in.

• Lead weekly project update meetings, track follow-up tasks, and serve as the communication bridge between the Project Manager, field teams, Warehouse/Procurement, and clients.

• Support the full project lifecycle — planning, scheduling, resource coordination, risk management, and quality assurance — and maintain DFR and Bluebeam trackers.

• Support client handover and warranty processes, ensuring as-built drawings, manuals, and closeout documentation are complete.

Skills & Experience

• 2–3 years of project coordination experience, ideally in the construction industry.

• Highly organized with strong time-management skills and the discipline to juggle tasks of varying complexity.

• Proficient with Google Docs/Sheets, Microsoft Word/Excel, and comfortable with heavy computer/data entry.

• Strong verbal and written communication, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.

• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in an office setting.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record and reliable vehicle.

• Nice to have: DAS experience, construction background, project management software familiarity, contracts administration, or knowledge of construction safety/quality standards.
