The Opportunity

You will work directly alongside experienced HVAC technicians to gain hands-on technical skills while supporting daily installations, maintenance, and system repairs. You will receive dedicated mentorship while making a tangible impact on our residential customers' comfort and safety.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Assist lead HVAC technicians with technical installations, system maintenance, and residential service calls.
• Transport, load, and unload essential tools, equipment, and structural materials safely to and from job sites.
• Install ductwork, piping systems, and mechanical HVAC components under direct supervision.
• Maintain a highly organized, clean, and safe work environment at all residential job sites.
• Perform general labor duties on-site while strictly adhering to all company safety policies and regulatory procedures.
• Develop technical troubleshooting, installation, and diagnostic skills through ongoing field training.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Strong mechanical aptitude and comfort working with basic hand and power tools.
• Willingness and physical ability to lift up to 75 pounds, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight crawl spaces, attics, or rooftops.
• Dependable, punctual work ethic with a proven ability to follow precise technical instructions within a team environment.
• Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• 1+ year of experience in HVAC, general construction, electrical, or mechanical helper roles.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive starting hourly pay between $12.00 and $18.00 per hour, scaled directly to your current experience and personal tool set.
