ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kevin Parks - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, providing friendly and professional assistance in person, over the phone, and via email.
• Assist clients with policy inquiries, claims processing, and policy changes, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Conduct needs assessments to identify appropriate insurance coverage for clients and provide them with personalized recommendations.
• Collaborate with the team to process insurance applications and policy renewals, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company guidelines.
• Maintain and update client records, ensuring confidentiality and data accuracy.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, payment processing, and resolve any issues or discrepancies.
• Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to clients' concerns and resolving them in a timely manner.
• Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively educate clients on insurance options and benefits.
• Collaborate with State Farm Associates to facilitate policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in insurance or related fields is a plus.
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus, but not required.
• Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain), Already licensed is a plus
• Life and Health license (must be able to obtain), Already licensed is a plus
• Prior experience in customer service or office administration is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills written, verbal, and listening
• Experience in sales (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) is a plus.
• Experience managing client relationships is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with empathy and professionalism.
• Spanish Speaking is a plus
