Summary:

Deliver patient-focused rooming for various types of clinic visits. Communicate results and other relevant medical information to patients and providers. Ensure the day-to-day activities of the clinic are completed efficiently and on time. Assist with procedures within scope of practice. Administer medications/injections/immunizations. Perform other duties as assigned.

Schedule:

Full-time position - Working 64 hours every two weeks | Onsite Daytime shifts Monday through Thursday with Fridays off | Work between the hours of 8:00AM and 5:00PM

Pay and Benefits:

Starting pay begins at 24.71 per hour (CMA/RMA) and 25.70 per hour (LPN) increases with experience. Pay range for CMA or RMA: 24.71 - 32.96 per hour Pay range for LPN: 25.70 - 38.57 per hour Hiring Bonuses: CMA or RMA - 2000 and 5000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates LPN - 2500 and 5000 in relocation assistance for eligible candidates Full-time benefits: Medical, dental, PTO, retirement, employee discounts, and more!

Qualifications:

Licensed Practical Nurse: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing required. Current licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in the State of Minnesota required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients medical records, physician orders, and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

Certified Medical Assistant or Registered Medical Assistant: Graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant program. Current Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) with one of the following: American Association of Medical Assistants (AAMA) American Medical Technologists (AMT) National Center for Competency Testing (NCCT) National Healthcareer Association (NHA) American Registry of Medical Assistant (NCMA) Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy. Ability to understand patients medical records, physician orders, and medication orders to be communicated to the patient and staff.

Relocation assistance eligibility: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare/Carris in the last 9 months. Must currently reside more than 50 miles away from the Willmar Main Clinic and relocate to within 30 miles of it.
