We are seeking a Preconstruction Manage r with recent water/wastewater construction experience to lead major pursuits and proposals for large-scale municipal infrastructure projects Key responsibilitie s:Lead pursuits, proposals, bid strategy, and bid-day activitie s.Coordinate estimating information and develop competitive proposal s.Participate in owner interviews and presentation s.Remain involved through th e GMP pha se following awar d.Collaborate with estimating, operations, engineering, and project team s.Build and eventually lead a small preconstruction tea Requirement s:Strong recent experience i n water/wastewater construction/preconstructi o n.Experience with large municipal infrastructure project s.Strong understanding of self-perform construction, particularly concrete and mechanica l.Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skill s.Bachelor's degree preferre d.
