Job Responsibilities

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' needs and design individualized therapy strategies to support their functional aspirations

• Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with fellow OTs, PTs, SLPs, physicians, and nursing staff to provide comprehensive, integrated patient care
• Guide Patients and Families: Teach patients and their caregivers about therapeutic practices to ensure continued progress beyond the clinic
• Document and Track Progress: Measure clinical outcomes and modify treatment as required, ensuring patients stay aligned with their recovery goals

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from a recognized institution
• Commitment to further education or post-graduate certifications is encouraged and supported

Certification Requirements

• Current active Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT certification mandatory
