Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discounts Flexible schedule Health insurance Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Parental leave Training & development Vision insurance What We Offer Up to 12% commission opportunities with average hourly earnings of $10.50–$15.00+ (top performers can earn more) Store managers earn $19–$23+ per hour including base pay, commission, and monthly bonus; top‑performers can earn even more A welcoming, team‑oriented atmosphere Customer service, sales, and leadership training Training on goal setting and achievement Fun goal‑related contests to keep workdays engaging 401(k) opportunities & company match Medical, dental, vision benefits, and PTO for all full‑time employees Flexible schedules Growth and career advancement Complimentary Diamond tanning membership Employee referral program On the job training and responsibilities Recruit, select, and orient salon staff Achieve sales and performance goals by training, motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales staff Schedule and assign employees; follow up on work results Monitor controllable expenses (labor, cost of sales, other expenses) to meet financial objectives Comply with all legal requirements to maintain salon stability and reputation Manage and assign tasks to keep salons clean, stocked, organized, and customer‑ready Establish rapport with customers and build long‑term relationships Create a positive, motivating, team‑based environment Investigate and resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally Analyze daily sales and expense information; perform financial analyses to maximize sales and net profit Safeguard and account for all money received; oversee banking requirements Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proven experience in a retail or customer service environment Ability to influence others effectively Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for long periods of time (7+ hours per day) Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance Reliable transportation and flexible availability, including nights and weekends Compensation: $10.50–$15.00+ per hour (base pay + up to 12% commission).
