- Early Intervention Speech Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) – Palmdale, CA## Early Intervention SLPA Opening in Palmdale, CALooking for part-time work that makes a real difference for families? Speech Improvement Center is hiring an **Early Intervention SLPA** to deliver in-home speech and language therapy to young children in Palmdale and the Antelope Valley.### About the RoleYou’ll visit families at home and work directly with their children, following treatment plans designed by our licensed Speech-Language Pathologists and helping track each child’s progress.### What You’ll Do* Deliver one-on-one therapy in the home that targets each child’s communication goals* Follow individualized treatment plans created by your supervising SLP* Partner with SLPs on speech screenings* Give and score standardized assessments with SLP guidance* Document each visit and update client records as your SLP directs* Share insights in team meetings and collaborate with fellow SLPs and SLPAs### What You’ll Bring* An Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Speech Language Pathology, Communication Sciences and Disorders, or a related field* A valid Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) license* Great communication and people skills* Comfort working independently in the field and as part of a supervised team**Location:** Palmdale, CA **Setting:** In-home **Schedule:** Part-time (mornings)Learn more about our early intervention services, explore more SLPA jobs, or see all of our locations.**Date Posted:** 09/21/2026**Employment Type:** Part-time**Job Location:** Palmdale - CA**Working Hours:** 9AM-1PM**Base Salary:** $30-$50**SIC Job Category:** SLPA
