Senior Project Manager (General Medicine)

Icon Clinical Research

Senior Project Manager leading clinical trial execution and cross-functional teams at a global clinical research organization. Responsible for project planning, stakeholder coordination, team mentorship, and strategic delivery of trial objectives in a remote role.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned with clinical trial goals
Lead cross-functional teams through successful implementation of project activities
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements
Mentor team members and foster continuous improvement culture
Create project documentation and stakeholder reports with clear findings

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in scientific or healthcare-related discipline
Extensive project management experience in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
Strong leadership and team management experience
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Exceptional communication abilities for technical and diverse audiences
Experience in obesity, GI, hepatology, or dermatology indications preferred
