Direct Support Professional

Position We are seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our program in Clarkesboro, NJ. Schedule & Compensation Schedule: Monday – Thursday, 11:00 p.m. – 9:00 a.m. Pay Rate: $18.13 per hour. Responsibilities Assist with daily living activities such as housekeeping and laundry. Encourage, mentor, and coach individuals to achieve their personal and daily living goals. Work under the supervision of the House Manager, reviewing results through observation, resident responsiveness, inspection, reports, and periodic meetings. Help enhance independence by assisting with daily and personal activities. Qualifications Strong desire to create long‑term impacts on the individuals’ lives.
