Outpatient Therapist (IOP) - PRN

PRN - Weekday and Evenings Quail Run Behavioral Health Hospital in Phoenix is seeking a dynamic and talented IOP Therapist to join our team of compassionate, dedicated professionals in our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP). Position Summary The Program Therapist provides clinical services and coordination of care for individuals seeking outpatient services at Quail Run Behavioral Health. Services include therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve an optimal level of emotional health, basic consultation, psychoeducation, specialized clinical therapy services to clients and families, crisis intervention, short‑term family therapy and information and referrals as needed. Responsibilities Deliver therapeutic treatment skills training to achieve optimal emotional health. Provide psychoeducation and specialized clinical therapy services to clients and families. Conduct crisis intervention and short‑term family therapy. Coordinate care and provide information and referrals as needed. Qualifications Doctoral or Master’s degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Social Work, or a clinical‑related mental health field. Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a psychiatric health care facility with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. Must be licensed in Arizona in social work, counseling, or a clinical‑related mental health field. Required licensure: LCSW, LPC, LISAC, or LMFT. Minimum requirement: LMSW, LAC, LSAC or MSW. MSW must obtain licensure for LMSW, LAC, LSAC, or a clinical‑related mental health field within 90 days of hire date.
