This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Average annual earnings: $97,000.00

• Backhaul $0.68 Per Mile
• Bonus Plan $10000.00
• CPM $0.62 - $0.68 Per Mile
• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day
• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day
• Outsource Rate $315.00 Per Day
• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour
• Standby Pay $200.00 Per Day
• Stop Pay $25.00 Per Stop
