We're Hiring: Experienced Internet Sales Consultants

Pay: Commission-based Pay plan Estimated Annually $46,500 - $154,000

Schedule: We require open availability to work any day/shift

Business Hours: Monday - Sunday: 9am - 9pm

What You'll Do

• Engage with customers across multiple communication channelsincluding phone, text, email, and chat.
• Convert leads into showroom appointments
• Build trust with customers by providing prompt follow-up and a seamless customer experience.
• Work with the sales team to maximize closing opportunities
• Manage customer communications through our CRM system
• Deliver a positive customer experience from first contact through delivery

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of experience in auto Internet Sales, BDC, or Digital Sales: REQUIRED
• 2+ years of experience in appointment setting and sales performance
• Ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Proactive, organized, and results-driven
• CRM experience
• Valid driver's license

Total Rewards

The annual estimated earning range for this position is $46,500 - $154,000. This position is also eligible for commissions on ("Individual Sales and/or Individual Gross Profit") and/or bonus opportunities ("Individual Units Sold and/or Manufacturer Approvability").

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
