OB/GYN Hospitalist (Per Diem)

Per Diem Ob Hospitalist Opportunity

Seeking a per diem OB hospitalist for our practice at Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs, CA.

Responsibilities

• 24 hour inhouse shifts
• 30 bed community level III NICU
• Affiliated maternal-fetal medicine and neonatology practice support
• Practice attends about 30 deliveries a month
• Responsibilities include delivery attendance, OB triage, patient evaluation/management, surgical assists, fetal monitoring and ER coverage
• If you love a scenic view and hiking- Joshua Tree National Park is a jump and skip away

Qualifications

• Must be board certified
• Active CA license
• Minimum of 1 years experience

Benefits and Compensation

Pediatrix does cover your travel expenses (round trip flight/rental car or mileage and lodging) for those who reside outside a commutable distance from the practice.

We also cover your malpractice insurance for this W-2 per diem position.

Compensation: The pay for this position is $170.00/hour
