To be successful in this position you will need to have a passion for customer service. Customer Service Representative answers inquiries about products and attends to wishes of guests, as well as suggestively selling products throughout the store. Must present a positive first impression of the stores cleanliness, excellent in service and high standards./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities/pulliMeet customer satisfaction through constant and consistent customer service/liliCreates a warm and fun atmosphere for both guests and employees./liliFollows all store and legal guidelines regarding the sale of alcohol, as well as other products at the register./liliReplenishes shelves to ensure ample product is available./liliFollows cleaning schedules and department guidelines./liliOperates the cash register. Performs all related check out procedures. Properly and efficiently bags merchandise./liliMaintains accuracy during the transaction, ensuring the customer is charged for all items and appropriate funds are collected. Maintains proper security measures and cash drawer accounting procedures, avoiding overages and/or shortages./liliApplies proper stocking techniques to ensure products are properly located on shelves, rotated and within easy customer reach. Ensures merchandise is in salable condition with correct prices and signs./liliMay assist with receiving, unloading, checking-in, breaking-down, and storing deliveries./liliEnsures smooth function of department and store by cooperating with co-workers and supervisors.
