Position Summary The Nurse Manager is accountable for the operational, clinical, quality, and financial performance of a 30‑bed inpatient Nephrology, Urology, and Organ Transplant unit, as well as the Inpatient Hemodialysis Team. This leader provides strategic and day‑to‑day oversight of patient care delivery, ensuring safe, high‑quality, patient‑centered care while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, collaboration, and professional growth. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree: BSN from an accredited school of nursing, or ADN and a commitment to obtain BSN within two years of date of hire. Upon hire: Washington Registered Nurse License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 3 years Recent experience in related clinical area of nursing. Must meet criteria of Registered Nurse. Preferred Qualifications Master's degree in nursing or related field. 1 year of First line management experience. Why Join Providence?
