Position: Studio Manager BODY20 is seeking a top‑tier leader for the position of Studio Manager (SM) for one of our fast‑growing studios. The Studio Manager will directly oversee daily business operations, sales, profitability, and staff development while delivering brand consistency and superior customer service. Compensation $45,000 - $55,000 per year. Benefits Career Growth: comprehensive paid training, certifications, and support tailored to professional goals Rewarding Compensation Package: competitive base pay, commissions, and performance bonuses Employee Recognition: complimentary Studio Membership and exclusive product discounts Flexible Schedule: accommodating schedule around personal or educational commitments Friendly Work Environment: dress comfortably in fitness casual attire while working in a collaborative setting Pathway to Entrepreneurship: opportunity to pursue franchise ownership or business leadership Responsibilities Work directly with the Franchisee to support studio operations and profitability Provide leadership by assisting with the ongoing development, training, and support of the Sales Team and Coaches Achieve top‑tier performance metrics including revenue, inventory, payroll, cost controls, and facilities maintenance Attend all directed monthly meetings and corporate webinars Ensure necessary staffing levels to satisfy studio demand while remaining within the studio budget Host weekly staff meetings and 1‑on‑1 monthly meetings with each Sales Associate and Coach Plan and promote special events for the studio monthly Ensure the facility is clean, maintained, and operationally sound Qualifications 1‑2 years of customer service experience with proven results 1‑2 years of sales experience in boutique fitness or a related industry Associate or bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, with 3+ years of management experience Minimum experience operating revenue of $600,000 or higher annual revenue #J-18808-Ljbffr BODY20 Lake Oswego
