Job Description

St. Alphonsus Regional Medical Center is looking for 1 additional CRNA to start as soon as credentialed for an ongoing assignment. \n

\n
\n

\n
• Schedule: 5 8 hour days, 4 10s, and 12 hour shifts are also available.
\n
• All CRNAs submitted at this time must be willing to do weekend call work (pager, not in-house). Call details below:
\n
\n
• WEEKEND CALL: 0700 - 0700 Saturday or Sunday. Call 1 on Sunday is off Post Call on Monday, Call 2 is not off Post Call.
\n
• Weeknight call at least once per week.
\n
\n
\n
• Trauma cases -  MOSTLY. CRNAs only perform SPINAL Blocks, NO regional anesthesia.
\n
• # of operating rooms: 17 MOR, 7 DSC, plus specials, cath labs, endo, radiology
\n
• EMR: EPIC
\n
• Patient Age Demographic: Adolescent, Child, Adult, Geriatric. 90%+ of the patients are over the age of 12.
\n
\n
• Option to work 4 10 hour days or 5 8 hour days, also can offer 12 hour shifts
\n
• Will need a DEA and CSR 
\n
• Credentialing timeframe is roughly 90 days.
\n

\n All medical licenses\n

\n Driver’s license\n

\n Professional color photo/headshot\n

\n CMEs for the past 2 years\n

\n Immunization records including TB, Flu, HepB, Tdap, Varicella, and COVID\n
