Job Summary As an Occupational Therapist, you’ll plan and deliver individualized care to help Participants maintain or regain independence in daily activities. You’ll use your expertise to assess needs, recommend adaptive equipment, and design treatment programs — supporting Participants in our centers, their homes, or other healthcare settings. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, methodical, and enjoys solving problems while working closely with a supportive care team. You’ll help ensure care is safe, effective, and aligned with each Participant’s goals. Hourly Wage $41.50 / hr. Schedule First shift, full-time hours. Specific work hours will be established in consultation with your supervisor. 9 Paid Holidays PTO starting at 3 weeks + 1 day per year (accrued from date of hire for full-time employees) Free Life and AD&D Insurance Plan Health Savings and Flexible Spending Accounts Short Term Disability Insurance Group Voluntary Term Life Insurance for Employee, Spouses, and Dependents Tuition Reimbursement and Paid Training Opportunities Retirement Plan with company annual match Mileage Reimbursement at annual IRS rate as applicable Duties/Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop effective treatment plans Recommend and provide adaptive and durable medical equipment to support safe, independent daily living Document all treatments and Participant progress accurately in medical records Teach Participants, family members, and caregivers how to safely use adaptive equipment and improve functional skills Plan and lead restorative and wellness programs Provide therapy in a variety of settings, including centers, Participant homes, skilled nursing facilities, or hospitals Communicate Participant changes to the care team to ensure coordinated care Participate in quality improvement initiatives and interdisciplinary team meetings Build trust with Participants, families, caregivers, and team members through professionalism and clear communication What Makes You a Great Fit Detail-oriented and precise, with a strong focus on accurate, high-quality work. Able to work independently within established guidelines and protocols. CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain after hire — we’ll provide the training!) Education and Experience Must hold a current OT license within the state you are practicing in. Experience with the frail or elderly population preferred, but not required — training and support provided Demonstrate clinical competency with the geriatric population. Requirements Requires valid State driver’s license with a clean driving record. Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening Physical Requirements Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting participants and equipment. Must be able to drive a motor vehicle. Is subject to frequent interruptions.
