A successful student candidate should have the ability to follow as well as lead, is team-oriented, and be flexible to different types of learners and individual styles. This role will work two - six hours weekly in the Student Activities Office. They'll assist with clerical duties, preparation for activities, communications, and publicity. The omission of specific duties does not preclude the supervisor from assigning duties that logically relate to the position. This opportunity is available to current Loyola Academy students only. Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, initiative, resourcefulness, and personal accountability. Ability to handle information of sensitive and confidential nature in the utmost professional manner. Excellent communication (oral and written), organizational, and time management skills. Effective interpersonal and customer service skills along with the ability to work with diverse constituents. Attention to detail and adaptability to a changing environment is extremely important as well as dependability. Knowledge and understanding of the organizational structure, workflow, and operating procedures. Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of information, protect the assets of the institution, act ethically and with integrity, adhere to the administrative and operational policies of Loyola Academy and perform the duties of your position consistent with those policies and the institution's expectations.
