Leading Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics workstreams, the remote Epic Revenue Cycle Analytics Associate Director will support a commercial health project focused on hospital billing optimization, reporting enablement, and performance improvement initiatives. Key responsibilities Lead workstreams across Epic revenue cycle technology and analytics for a commercial health client Partner with client executives and operational leaders to support hospital billing performance improvement through metric definition and reporting enablement Translate revenue cycle data and operational trends into actionable recommendations while developing executive presentations and client-facing deliverables Required qualifications Strong experience in healthcare revenue cycle, Epic revenue cycle technology, or revenue cycle transformation Experience supporting Epic revenue cycle implementation, optimization, or performance improvement initiatives Strong understanding of hospital and professional billing, claims, and revenue integrity workflows Experience defining KPIs, dashboards, and reporting requirements for performance improvement Ability to translate revenue cycle issues into data-driven insights and operational recommendations
