Hall Contracting of Kentucky, Inc. is seeking an entry-level Human Resources Assistant to join our HR team.
This in-person role supports employees throughout their tenure and ensures HR processes are accurate, timely, and compliant in a fast-paced construction environment. You will work with office and field staff, handling recruiting, onboarding, benefits enrollment, HR documentation, and personnel files, while maintaining confidentiality and delivering excellent customer service.
