What You Will Be Doing Plan and conduct virtual small-group and individual reading intervention sessions for learners in grades 3–8. Leverage reading assessment results to identify fluency and comprehension deficits and modify instruction rapidly. Adapt activities across varied reading proficiency levels, including accommodations for dyslexia and associated reading challenges. Monitor progress with clarity and consistency, then apply that data to shape upcoming sessions. Facilitate structured motivation check‑ins that cultivate confidence, determination, and satisfaction in advancement.
