People Ops Generalist - AI-Driven HR & Compliance
Jerry
Jerry.ai is seeking an HR Operations Lead to own the multi-state compliance, policy drafting, and payroll/benefits questions that arise in a fast-growing, in-house environment. You'll write policies, run the annual compliance audit and handbook refresh, and escalate payroll and benefits issues with judgment and care. You’ll shape how AI integrates into HR ops and evolve the function over time. This is a hands-on role in a small, high-intensity team. #J-18808-Ljbffr Jerry
