Industrial Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianREHAU is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to support manufacturing operations at our Cullman, Alabama facility. This position plays a critical role in maintaining equipment reliability, minimizing downtime, and ensuring safe and efficient production operations.The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills and experience working with industrial manufacturing equipment in a fast-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose and repair mechanical and electrical failures on industrial equipment.Troubleshoot pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and computer-controlled systems.Perform preventative maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and production readiness.Respond promptly to maintenance calls to minimize downtime.Identify root causes of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.Perform equipment calibration as required.Participate in equipment improvement and production growth projects.Communicate equipment issues and maintenance updates with operations and leadership teams.Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.Required QualificationsAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, or a related field preferred.Experience diagnosing and repairing pneumatic, electrical, mechanical, PLC, and automated systems.Ability to read and interpret electrical and mechanical blueprints, including pneumatic schematics.Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.Ability to follow written and verbal instructions and work independently.Compensation & BenefitsREHAU Water Technologies offers a competitive total rewards package designed to support the health, financial well-being, and professional growth of our employees.Compensation$29.00 - $38.00 per hourNight shift premiumPerformance Incentives: Depending on the position, employees may be eligible to participate in annual and/or quarterly incentive programs designed to reward individual, team, and company performance.BenefitsMedical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription coveragePPO, HSA, and FSA optionsCompany-paid Life and Short-Term Disability Insurance401(k) with company matchPaid Time Off and 10 Company HolidaysUniform allowanceUp to $100 annual safety shoe reimbursementProfessional development and career growth opportunitiesInstant Pay – optional access to earned wages before paydayWork ScheduleFully onsite in Cullman, Alabama12-hour night shift on a rotating 2-2-3 scheduleOvertime, weekend, and holiday work may be required based on business needsEqual Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
