Retail Ops Leader in Training — Merchandising

The Home Depot is seeking a Merchandising Assistant Store Manager in Training (MASM-IT) in Bridgewater, MA. This program provides hands-on experience in store operations, customer service, and merchandising leadership as you rotate through departments such as Garden, Hardware, Lumber, Building Materials, Plumbing, and Electrical. During the up-to-6-week training, you will work with the Store Manager and ASMs to develop game plans, learn staffing and scheduling, and prepare for an Assistant #J-18808-Ljbffr Home Depot
