We are hiring experienced welders with strong skills in Flux Core (FCAW), MIG (GMAW), and general fabrication. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a shop or warehouse environment, be safety-focused, and able to work in all weather conditions inside an open warehouse.

Pay : $20-$28 per hour DOE

Schedule:

Day Shift: 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday-Saturday
Night Shift: 4:00 PM - 2:30 AM, Monday-Saturday

Responsibilities:

Perform Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding on structural steel and other metal components
Read and follow blueprints, specifications, and shop drawings
Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment
Maintain proper use of PPE and follow company safety standards at all times
Work in various conditions, including hot summer weather in an open warehouse
Support shop and fabrication projects as needed

Requirements:

Proficiency in Flux Core, FCAW, GMAW, and MIG welding (required)
Must have personal safety gear : safety glasses, ankle-high steel-toe boots, safety vest, and face shield with upper and lower bib
Ability to pass a 2-hour weld test (required for employment and pay determination)
Shop/warehouse experience preferred
Structural steel fabrication experience is a plus
Spanish-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply
Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
