What You'll Do as a Restaurant General Manager Lead & Inspire Your Team Coach and develop a strong team that delivers exceptional service. Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills. Business-savvy with profit & loss responsibility experience. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to resolve conflicts and drive engagement. Prior experience in restaurant, retail, or hospitality leadership (minimum 2 years preferred). College degree preferred, but equivalent experience is welcomed. Must be 18 years or older. This role requires a 50-hour workweek. You are applying for work with a franchisee of Taco Bell, not Taco Bell Corp. or any of its affiliates. If hired, the franchisee will be your only employer.
