Quarterly commission structure 15% of net profit on awarded work Company truck provided 401(k) plan Your Role Price commercial roofing projects from $50K to $10M+ Handle takeoffs, bid preparation, and submission Work across new construction and re-roof projects Collaborate with leadership and operations on project strategy Maintain accuracy and consistency across multiple live bids Company Overview A $25M–$30M commercial roofing contractor operating in a single, well-established market with ~65 employees.
