Perform semi-skilled work in several crafts.Perform semi-skilled tasks. (Examples) repairing drywall, painting, repairing doors or other building fixtures, plumbing and electrical, and basic carpentry skills are requiredAdjust and make repairs, "on location" to equipment and physical plantConstruct or reconstruct equipment and the physical plantPerform a variety of small construction tasks as directedInstall such new equipment as directedResponsible for snow removal during and after hoursRepair machines, equipment, or structures as necessaryInspect and identify equipment or machines in need of repairPerform other duties of the department, as assignedQualifications:Job Requirements:A high school diploma or GED3 years in maintenance, various types of equipment, and physical plant2 years of construction experience in basic carpentry and drywallBlack Seal High Pressure Boiler's LicensePreferred Job Requirements:Hospital setting experience.Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
