Licensed Assistant Salon Manager

Sport Clips Haircuts in Glen Burnie is now hiring an Assistant Salon Manager to support daily salon operations, lead a high-performing team, and deliver an exceptional client experience. This role is perfect for an experienced licensed hair stylist, barber, or cosmetologist ready to grow their leadership career while still doing what they love, cutting hair.
Compensation & Perks
- $26 - $46 hourly earnings, including tips, commission, and performance bonuses

- Assist with scheduling, opening/closing duties, and salon standards
- Provide high-quality men's haircuts and grooming services
- Help foster a positive, welcoming, and team-focused salon culture
- Active Maryland Cosmetology or Barber License
- Experience as a hair stylist or barber (men's cutting preferred)
- Previous salon leadership or team lead experience preferred (but not required)
- Passion for customer service and team development
- Commitment to delivering a great client experience
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as needed
