Internal Communication Manager

Our client, a leading organization in the corporate communications sector, is seeking an Internal Communication Manager to join their team. As an Internal Communication Manager, you will be part of the Transformation Office supporting internal communications, storytelling, and event coordination. The ideal candidate will have excellent writing skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Internal Communication Manager

Location: New York, NY

Pay Range: $ 30-35/hr

What's the Job?

• Draft and edit high-impact internal content including newsletters, intranet articles, FAQs, and video scripts.

• Develop PowerPoint presentations, briefing documents, and talking points for senior leadership.

• Manage and update the internal editorial calendar and ensure timely delivery of content aligned with organizational milestones.

• Create visual assets and coordinate campaigns to enhance storytelling and employee engagement.

• Support event planning and logistics for town halls, quarterly meetings, and transformation workshops, both virtual and in-person.

What's Needed?

• 7-9 years of experience in internal communications, corporate copywriting, or content marketing.

• Exceptional writing skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and MS Teams at an intermediate level.

• Experience with SharePoint, Adobe Suite, or Canva is a plus.

• Ability to manage multiple projects independently in a fast-paced environment with an agile mindset.
