Registered Nurse - Labor & Delivery

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

12-hour shifts (Rotating Day/Night shifts). The schedule consists of three 12-hour shifts per week, with weekends required every other week.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Labor & Delivery team. The ideal candidate will possess high-risk labor and delivery experience and be proficient in antepartum care and circulating C-sections.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Labor & Delivery unit.
• Monitor patients and assess needs during labor and delivery processes.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans.
• Administer medications and perform procedures as needed.
• Manage and assist with antepartum care and surgeries, including C-sections.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Must have recent and relevant experience in Labor & Delivery nursing.
• Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations required; medical/religious declinations accepted.
