About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at CRYSTAL PLUS INC as a Customer Service Associate, where your passion for helping others will shine! In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order processing, and issue resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
- Identify and escalate priority issues to management when necessary.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and uphold company values.
Requirements:
- AA college diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
