Job Description

The Atrium Hotel is seeking a dependable, customer-focused Front Desk Agent/Night Auditor to join our team. This position combines front desk operations with overnight auditing responsibilities.

The schedule consists of 2 overnight Night Audit shifts per week (covering the regular Night Auditor’s days off) and 3 evening Front Desk shifts (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM) with rotating days off.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in hospitality, provides outstanding guest service, and is comfortable working independently during overnight hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist hotel guests with check-in and check-out.
• Handle reservations, room assignments, and guest requests.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries professionally.
• Process payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures.
• Perform Night Audit procedures, balancing daily revenue and preparing reports.
• Monitor hotel security during overnight shifts.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.

Schedule

• 2 Night Audit shifts per week (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• 3 Front Desk shifts per week (3:00 PM – 11:00 PM)
• Full-time (40 hours/week)
• Rotating days off
• Weekends and holidays required

Requirements

• Fluent in English and Spanish (required).
• Previous hotel front desk or customer service experience preferred.
• Night Audit experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
• Comfortable working overnight shifts independently.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and professional appearance.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

• Hotel front desk experience.
• Experience with hotel property management systems.
• Cash handling experience.
• Ability to remain calm in fast-paced situations.
