We are seeking a highly disciplined and safety-obsessed CDL-A Transport Driver to join our Lancaster, PA operations team. Minimum Qualifications & Core Requirements

• Valid and current Class A CDL (Commercial Driver's License) with a clean status.
• A minimum of 3 months of verifiable, over-the-road tractor-trailer driving experience is strictly required. This must be documented and confirmable through previous employer records or DAC report.
• Must meet all federal and state DOT physical qualification standards.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check, drug screening, and road evaluation.

Strict Safety Gate Requirements

Your safety record is paramount. To be considered for this elite position, you must meet the following strict gate standards. These are non-negotiable conditions of employment:

• Preventable Accidents: No more than one (1) preventable accident of any kind within the last 2 years.
• Moving Violations: No more than two (2) moving violations of any type within the last 2 years.
• DUI/DWI History: Zero (0) convictions for Driving Under the Influence (DUI) or Driving While Intoxicated (DWI) within the last 5 years. Any such conviction will result in immediate disqualification.

Applicants with a history of reckless driving, hit-and-run incidents, or any license suspension due to safety-related violations within the past 3 years will not be considered.
