Server We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the culinary team as a Server . You will make a difference in the lives of residents by providing efficient and courteous service to residents and their guests during meals. The culinary team enhances Legend’s Gold Leaf Dining experience, which sets a high standard for atmosphere and food quality. How This Differs From Other Server Positions Hours: No more working late night hours, as our friendly residents like to eat early. Here you can truly have a satisfying work/life balance. Pay: Know what you're bringing home each day--Servers are paid a flat hourly rate and may not accept tips. This is to ensure residents are protected. Responsibilities--Server Providing excellent customer service to residents and their guests in an elegant restaurant-style dining room Accurately taking, placing and serving food and beverage orders as requested Assisting with special requests whenever possible Monitoring the salad bar to ensure proper supply and temperature is maintained Clearing the tables, delivering soiled items to be cleaned, and resetting the table Bonus opportunities-- Server Employee referrals Employee of the month/year Resident tour (move-in) Why we should be your “home away from home” Work environment: Our focus is to maximize the potential of every life we touch.
