Program Lead - Rehab PT

Role Overview The Program Lead oversees rehabilitation services in assigned accounts, ensuring high-quality patient care, efficient operations, and strong customer relations. They facilitate coordination among therapy staff, monitor adherence to care plans, and support clinical program promotion and staff development. Key Responsibilities Assist in delivering effective rehab services, ensuring documentation and adherence to treatment plans. Provide direct patient care and maintain customer satisfaction through routine touch points. Coordinate with therapy staff and other disciplines to meet patient needs. Support clinical program promotion, resource utilization, and staff training. Monitor compliance with care standards, manage clinical cases, and support quality improvement initiatives. Assist in staffing, financial oversight, and maintaining relationships with facility teams. Contribute to clinical orientation and staff development, and promote company services. Perform additional duties to support department operations. Qualifications & Skills Valid Physical Therapy license or proof of eligibility. Master's degree in Physical Therapy or related field; or Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of PT experience. At least 3 years of direct patient care and 1 year of management experience.
