Shipping Coordinator – DFW Area | 1st & 2nd Shift

Staff Force is hiring Shipping Coordinators for various companies throughout the DFW area! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals with shipping and warehouse experience who are ready to join a fast-paced team.

Multiple opportunities are available on 1st and 2nd shifts , depending on the company and location.

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist with daily shipping operations.
• Prepare and process shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation.
• Verify orders and shipments for accuracy.
• Schedule and coordinate shipments with carriers and internal teams.
• Prepare products and materials for shipment.
• Load, unload, move, and stage products as needed.
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track shipments and inventory.
• Communicate with warehouse personnel, drivers, and other departments regarding shipments.
• Inspect products and packages for accuracy and damage.
• Assist with receiving and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Maintain organized shipping areas and accurate records.
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
• Perform additional warehouse and shipping duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Previous shipping, logistics, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred.
• Experience with shipping documentation and computer systems is a plus.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Must be able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. throughout an 8–10 hour shift.
• Must be able to stand, walk, bend, reach, push, pull, and lift throughout the workday.
• Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic.
• Ability to work 1st or 2nd shift , depending on assignment.
