Join a Team Committed to Your Success At The Cannon Team at LPT Realty, we are dedicated to empowering our agents with exceptional coaching and support. Our comprehensive approach includes weekly personalized sessions, live deal strategy discussions, script practice, and role-playing exercises. You'll have a dedicated mentor available to guide you through negotiations. Whether you're newly licensed or an experienced agent looking to refine your skills, you'll benefit from the expertise of someone who has successfully closed the deals you're targeting. Your Daily Experience: Engage with genuine buyers and sellers through team-provided leads, eliminating the need for cold- calling.Participate in a structured onboarding and coaching program designed to ensure your success, providing clarity and direction from the start.Access real-time deal support from a producing mentor.Benefit from comprehensive back-office support, including marketing, listing management, and transaction coordination.Follow a clear path from your first closing to building a consistent, repeatable pipeline. Ideal Candidates: Are newly licensed and eager to accelerate their growth without unnecessary hurdles, orAre experienced agents seeking to overcome stagnation with robust support.Are coachable, organized, and ready to follow a proven process.Are comfortable with the technology and systems that drive modern real estate. Requirements: Active Texas Real Estate License (or in progress).Strong communication skills and a service-first mindset. Position Details: This is a full-time, commission-based role. Your income potential is directly tied to your efforts, and our coaching is designed to help you achieve your financial goals more quickly.
