Laser Operator

Local Fabrication Company – St. Joseph, MO We’re looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Laser Unloader to join our fabrication team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for unloading cut parts from the laser machine, verifying specifications, and supporting production processes to ensure quality and efficiency. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and part sketches to understand machining requirements Unload finished parts from the laser machine following specified programs Verify part dimensions and quality against specifications Assist in maintaining a clean and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned to support the team What We Expect: Skills & Experience: Previous factory or manufacturing experience Ability to read blueprints and dimensional specs Strong math skills (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing is a plus) Basic computer literacy Physically able to lift up to 50 lbs on a regular basis Personal Qualities: Dependable and punctual Detail-oriented with a strong work ethic Willingness to learn and follow instructions Team player with a positive attitude Join a Company That Values Hard Work and Precision!
