Registered Nurse- Home Care Weekends

City/State: Williamsburg, VA Work Shift: Weekend Days Position Status: Full Time, Day Shift, Weekends Location: Williamsburg, VA Pay Range: $33.60 - $56 per hour (inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits). Mileage reimbursement offered for miles driven between patient visits. Overview The Direct Care Registered Nurse - Home Health and Hospice develops, implements, and evaluates plans of care for specific patient populations. The RN manages a patient case load through coordination and collaboration with multidisciplinary team members to facilitate integrated, comprehensive care, and possesses the clinical knowledge and skills to meet standards as required by specific clinical areas. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized plans of care. Manage patient caseloads in coordination with a multidisciplinary team. Provide high-quality, critical-care supervision and support to the clinical team. Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and best practices. Document patient evaluations, treatment plans, and outcomes accurately and timely. Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of Virginia. Associate's Degree in Nursing (required). Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 90 days of hire. Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, with previous home care experience preferred.
