Responsibilities Manage the creation and distribution of invoices for consulting services, ensuring accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with consultants and clients to resolve discrepancies or issues with invoices. Maintain up-to-date records of all transactions, invoices, payments, and expenses. Coordinate with the accounting team to ensure all financial data is accurately recorded and reconciled. Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Provide administrative support as needed, such as data entry, file management, and correspondence. Qualifications A minimum of 2 years of administrative experience, preferably in a financial or consulting environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. A proactive approach to problem‑solving, with the ability to anticipate and resolve issues before they arise. A degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not required. Experience in a consulting environment is highly advantageous.
