Senior Manager I, Operations Improvement, Facility (USA) Buckeye, AZ Position Summary Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs, developing and communicating priorities, removing barriers, providing resources, establishing performance standards, measuring progress, adjusting performance, and demonstrating adaptability to support continuous learning. Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, build a team‑based work environment, set performance expectations, conduct evaluations, give recognition, coach, and promote a culture of belonging. Promote and support company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity, ensuring compliance and using the Open Door Policy. Evaluate the effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives, consult with stakeholders, and implement improvements for efficiency and cost effectiveness. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects: define scope, objectives, activities, deliverables, milestones, timelines; coordinate planning and assembly of management plans. Track changes, resolve critical issues, govern project plans, identify resources, monitor budgets and costs, and deliver status reports and presentations to stakeholders. Lead content management initiatives: evaluate requests, design, develop, automate, and maintain tools, templates, and resources; implement intranet content and guide the team on platform functionality. Ensure digital communications align with governance standards, audit content usage, and adapt methods to resolve audit concerns. Analyze data to identify existing standards, processes, governance, and workflows; evaluate performance baselines, propose improvements, and create simple, executable rollout plans. Consult cross‑functional teams for alignment, communicate changes, and drive behavior change initiatives to sustain processes. Partner with stakeholders to support operational strategy, provide guidance on policies, ensure controls, tools, and materials are available, and monitor program performance against metrics. Identify post‑implementation issues, secure buy‑in on resolutions, and continuously improve. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field and 3 years of experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or a related area, or 5 years of experience in retail operations, content development, project management, or a related area. Preferred Qualifications Developing and delivering training experience. Master’s degree in Business Administration. Project Management Certification. Retail consulting experience. Six Sigma certification. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience working with cross‑functional teams. Primary Location 23701 W Southern Ave, Buckeye, AZ 85326-4928, United States of America Compensation The annual salary range for this position is $116,000.00 - $174,000.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Compensation may also include: Regional Pay Zone (RPZ) (based on location), Stock.
