Shift Leader: Fire-Grill Guest Experience Lead

El Pollo Loco, Inc. is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team during assigned shifts and ensure exceptional service and smooth operations. You will oversee opening/closing duties, inventory, and safety compliance while coaching staff to achieve QSC standards.
